11,504 cards have been successfully exchanged

Dear users,

After the introduction of the new payment system, which already in the first phase resulted in an increase in the speed of ticket sales, the speed of passenger registration and the speed of entering the vehicle, Libertas Dubrovnik continues with the process of replacing the magnetic cards that were used in previous versions of the payment system. So far, 11,504 pieces of old tickets have been replaced with new tickets, free of charge.

DUBROVNIK CARD/DUBROVNIK PASS

According to the decision of the project holder, unused Dubrovnik cards (Dubrovnik Card), which preceded the current Dubrovnik Pass, can be used and are valid until December 31, 2022. Since the corresponding bus ticket is an integral part of the service package of the Dubrovnik Card, it can only be used within the validity period of the Dubrovnik Card, i.e. within 1, 3 or 7 days from the day of the first activation of the Dubrovnik Card ), as well as with the presentation of the Dubrovnik Card (Dubrovnik Card).

Based on the above, in cases where the cardholder requests to exchange bus tickets from the Dubrovnik Card package, they can only be exchanged if both conditions are met:

   - presentation of invoices, or proof of purchase
   - with the presentation of the unused Dubrovnik Card package (Dubrovnik Card).


With regard to customer requests to replace the corresponding bus tickets, which are an integral part of the service package that includes the Dubrovnik Pass, they can be replaced with new bus tickets only if the Dubrovnik Pass is valid, i.e. if the time limit has not expired since its first activation.

Replacement of these cards is done as follows:

The cards must be taken to the Libertas point of sale (Grawe, Mokošica, Pile, Lapad), fill out the Request for ticket exchange form, and attach the tickets you want to exchange. The check and replacement will be performed at the premises of Libertas in Komolac, at the address Ogarići 12, and the applicant will be informed of the outcome of the check, while the replaced/new cards will be delivered to the point of sale indicated in the Request.

DAILY I P CARDS
For daily and P tickets that are on sale, it is not necessary to attach a receipt, but only cards that will be replaced if they are undamaged, valid and unused.
The cards must be taken to the Libertas point of sale (Grawe, Mokošica, Pile, Lapad), fill out the Request for ticket exchange form, and attach the tickets you want to exchange. The check and replacement will be performed at the premises of Libertas in Komolac, at the address Ogarići 12, and the applicant will be informed of the outcome of the check, while the replaced/new cards will be delivered to the point of sale indicated in the Request. New, replaced cards will be issued for the number of rides that were not used on the old cards.


CARDS FOR ONE RIDE
To a passenger with a previously purchased S-ticket, the driver will take that (old) ticket and issue a printed coupon for the ride (the coupon issue option is available at the driver's ticket office) and the use takes place directly in the vehicle - not at the point of sale
